REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL SUNDAY, Sept. 11 - don't miss out!!

A Two Step Registration:

Step One:

E-mail your intent to play by clicking Tournament Registration and include the following:

Your Name, Address, Telephone Number & alternate contact information if available

Your Team Name

Your Team Captain & Team Captain contact information if different than above.

Division in which you are registering

(players may only play for one team)

 

Within 24 hours, a tournament official will reply to confirm receipt of your registration information. 

 

Step Two:

 

Send in your Registration Fee! (If you can't get the money to us before the tournament, please click here for more information and assistance!)

 

You may mail or drop off a cheque or money order payable to:

Please remember: when sending your cheque or money order, include your team name so we know which team to credit with the registration!

 

Alternatively, you may email the registration fee to: suzanne.mcallister@gmail.com

(There may be a small fee charged by your bank for emailing your registration fee.)

 

Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment. Payment must be received by Monday, September 12th. 

 

Registration is still just $210 per team. If you wish, you may print a copy of the Registration Form and enclose the form with your cheque or money order - the form is not necessary as long as you include the name of your team with your cheque or money order!

 

Upon receipt of your registration fee, we will email the Team Captain to confirm your entry into the tournament.

 

**A tournament official will email the schedule to the Team Captain a few days before the tournament.
